The purpose of these Terms of Use is to define the terms and conditions of use of the digiteul.com website (hereinafter “the Site”), as well as the rights and obligations of users and of the publisher DIGITEUL SARL.

Any access to the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use. DIGITEUL SARL reserves the right to amend them at any time; the applicable terms are those in force on the date of your visit.

The Site is freely accessible to any user with internet access. All costs relating to such access (hardware, software, connection) are borne by the user.

These Terms of Use are governed by Senegalese law. In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable settlement within 30 days of notification of the dispute, the competent courts of Dakar shall have sole jurisdiction to hear the matter.

DIGITEUL SARL reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Amendments take effect upon their publication on the Site. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after amendment constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
